Anyone watched Sepet? If so, can someone PLEASE explain to me how it ended? First, they showed Jason lying, bleeding on the road. The next thing, he picked up Orked's phone call. So did he die or not?

And it doesn't make sense... why in the whole wide world would someone say, "I made a girl pregnant, I'm taking care of her at the moment... but after she delivers the child, I'm coming back to you." Who in their right mind could say such a thing? The case would be different if he wasn't the father of the child. But they didn't say he wasn't.

Besides these two points... and some not-so-good cinematography, I think the movie was hillarious. Especially Orked's family. Jason's acting... kinda flat, but maybe it's just his character to look downright blur and mc². And the "explanation" on how the Baba Nyonya community came about was funny. The whole movie was kinda cute. Not very good acting, but the scenes were entertaining. No wonder the movie won numerous awards.
